Under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable UK / EU data-protection law, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data FX2 INFORMATION SERVICES LIMITED holds about you. This page explains how to do that — both for data you provided directly and for data we received about you through Facebook Login or Instagram when you authorised the Events Manager app.
If you have an active account on manage.fx2events.com, you can delete all your data yourself in under a minute:
Your account and every record linked to it (events, invoices, files, messages, social-publish history, watermark settings) are permanently removed within 30 days. Backups containing your data roll off our retention window within 60 days.
Send an email to info@fx2events.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include:
We will acknowledge the request within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR Article 17.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to the Events Manager app (App ID 1318153906914237), the app received from Meta only:
We do not store your Facebook password, your private messages, your friends list, or your activity outside the scope of the Pages you connected.
The self-service deletion above also revokes our access tokens and removes the Facebook / Instagram linkage. You can additionally revoke the app from your Facebook account at any time at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations — that immediately invalidates our tokens.
For legal and accounting reasons we are required to retain certain records even after a deletion request:
These records do not contain content you posted via social fanout, watermark settings, or any personal data not strictly required by the relevant legal obligation.
When deletion is complete we will send a confirmation email to the address on file. If you don't receive it within 30 days, contact info@fx2events.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your deletion request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
