Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Click "Start free trial" on Pro or Agency, sign up, and you get 7 days of full access — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you can pick a paid plan or your workspace downgrades to Solo (your data stays, only the gated features become unavailable).
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period so you don't lose paid time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your account simply moves back to the Solo tier — events, clients, quotes, invoices and PDFs stay intact. The features your old plan unlocked (social posting, supplier portal, etc.) become read-only until you re-upgrade.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Pricing is currently being finalised — that's why every tier shows N.A. above. Reach out via the contact form and we'll set up early-access pricing.
Can I self-host?
Self-hosting is available on Enterprise. The platform is built to be portable — your team owns the infrastructure, we provide the codebase + updates.
